Purpose Driven Therapy accepts Anthem, Medicare, Aetna and other insurances; but primarily we want YOU to know that you don’t have to wait on your insurer to cover some portion of the cost! Why?!? Because delays in our insurance backed healthcare system means you could be waiting months for care that YOU need to get YOU back to feeling better, working stronger and living life!
Many times we have heard clients say they were waiting on their insurance to “figure it out” if they could go here or there, see this provider or not, all while paying insurance premiums and hoping one day to FINALLY meet their deductible to have the ‘free feeling’ of going to therapy, or getting that much needed surgery, so as to avoid monumental out-of-pocket costs to them. YOUR HEALTH is ultimately all that you have, and here we believe that YOU need to feel healthy without feeling burdened by health care debt.
Be confident that any provider that you are seeking out cares about YOU FIRST! If you are at all uncomfortable with service, ask to speak to someone about the treatment (and cost) of that service! Insurance likes to forward you billing statements, EOBs (explanations of benefits), along with all sorts of line items showing you how terrible the cost of your care [allegedly] was. Soon, you believe that the COST is so outrageous there is NO OTHER WAY for you to ever get the care you need WITHOUT INSURANCE.
THAT IS A LIE!!!! In Ohio, you have DIRECT ACCESS to PHYSICAL THERAPY SERVICES. For Occupational Therapy, you still need a Doctor’s referral, but often if we feel OT would be a logical or essential next step, our PTs will refer you back to your primary care provider with information explaining what we feel should happen next. You can see us, schedule a consultation (where we will go over with you what YOUR COST will be up front ~and surprise you with something very likely at or less than your insurance co-pay~) getting in to see someone who is ready to help you NOW!
